Fr. J. Kentenich visits the U.S.

  First Schoenstatt Sisters of Mary arrive in
Corpus Christi, Texas.
1951
October 22
Fr. J. Kentenich separated from the Schoenstatt Family- beginning the exile which lasted until October 22, 1965.
1952
 
June 21
  Fr. J. Kentenich arrives in Milwaukee, WI.
1959
October 18
Dedication of the Confidentia Shrine in Lamar, Texas by Bishop Marx-the shrine was offered as a gift of thanksgiving in advance for the freedom of Fr.J. Kentenich in exile.

  Schoenstatt Fathers begin to work in Texas.
1967
February
Sr. M. Joselinde brings a father-eye symbol for the Confidentia Shrine which was a gift from Fr. Kentenich.

  Fr. Kentenich dies in the Adoration Church after celebrating Holy Mass there for the
first time.
October 4
Dedication of the Fr. Joseph Kentenich Joseph Engling Memorial. Fr. J. Kentenich's name was added since he had died less than one month before. It was also the 50th Anniversary of the death of Joseph Engling.

  Father Eye Symbol erected in the Confidentia Shrine by the Schoenstatt Family of Texas.

Visit of the International Father Eye Symbol---a gift for the Original Shrine given to Fr. J. Kentenich .

  First International Pilgrimage from U.S. to Schoenstatt, Germany (28 from Texas). Pilgrimage was initiated from Texas.

Texas Schoenstatt Family crowns Blessed Mother as Queen of Confidence.

  Girls' Youth crowns Blessed Mother as Holy Founder Generation Queen.
1974

Dedication of the Schoenstatt Training Center.

  Blessed Mother was internationally crowned as Victress in the Adoration Church on Mt. Schoenstatt, The Victress receives the Texas Silver plate with the words---Victoriam per Confidentiam.

Texas Schoenstatt Family renews coronation of Blessed Mother as Queen of Confidence and Victress.

  Second pilgrimage from Texas (70 pilgrims).

First Footsteps Pilgrimage—visiting the places visited by Fr. Kentenich in Corpus Christi.

  Third pilgrimage from Texas to original Schoenstatt and Cambrai, France (104 pilgrims).

1983-84
1983-1984 Father Eye Symbol from Confidentia Shrine travels to Texas homes and homeshrines.

  25th Anniversary of the Confidentia Shrine.
1985
Fr.J. Kentenich's Centennial Year. Two pilgrimages from Texas in July and September.
 
  Four regional celebrations throughout Texas
concluding celebration in Lamar. San Antonio Schoenstatt Family inspired to have a replica of the Father Eye Symbol made for the future San Antonio daughter shrine. It was offered as a gift to Fr. Kentenich for his centennial. Special gifts included a new Monstrance for the Shrine from the mothers, a new roof for the Shrine from the couples, and the Womens' League provided the inside panels of the tabernacle.

100th Anniversary of Fr. Kentenich's consecration to the Blessed Mother in the Orphanage.

  First pilgrimage of Mothers' Federation to Schoenstatt.

Solemn Enthronement of the Unity Cross in the Confidentia Shrine.
